pledged in the Rolland Settlement to move 640 retarded individuals
from nursing homes and it included most Seven Hills Pediatric
Center over-18 patients on its moving list. Please ask them
why they put these individuals on their moving list despite
their doctors’ judgments that this poses a risk to them. |

the efforts of the Seven Hills Pediatric Center residents and
their families to be left out of the Rolland plaintiff class. |
